摘要: 轨/姿控发动机试验数据需即时提供,大量数据的快速自动处理技术未见报道。在简述了高空模拟试验特点、Pacific6000原理及数据文件结构后,分析了当前计算方法优缺点;在此基础上,将网络脚本语言的设计思想引入试验数据处理过程,提出了实现数据快速处理的数据流式算法,进而形成自动处理技术;基于此算法开发了工程应用软件,在实际试验中应用,取得了良好效果。该技术对类似计算和海量数据的快速处理具重要工程参考意义。

Abstract: Space simulation test data of orbit/pose-control engine should be provided immediately while there were no references of related reports of fast and automatic data deal technology. Characteristics of space simulation test、principle and data file format of Pacific6000 were illustrated. On basis of analyzing current method, fast algorithm was proposed by bring in the experience of network script langue design idea, and then the automatic technology was stirred up. Related software was developed and had a fine result in real tests. This idea will have an important reference to deal with similar calculation and huge data operation.
